What a mix of weather we had in February. The hens went off the lay with the cold snap, but as soon as the heat wave came they came back laying beautiful free range eggs again. Today 16th. March collected 12. The garden is coming to life with snow-drops past and daffodils here,. The sun brought me out to tidy around Lovesome Cottage and the farm house.

New calves arrived this week for the bull enterprise we have and the ewes are waiting in expectancy.
