BOOKING

When taking a booking, we would require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person. Which you can either telephone 01609 772311 and pay over the phone, or pay online: Sort code 20-61-46, account number 20702625 Mrs M M Pearson. With the reference – “surname” and “arrival date”.

Full balance can be paid upon departure. Payments by cash, cheque, BACS or card.

ARRIVAL AT LOVESOME HILL FARM

If you need any help at all I am contactable on 01609 772311 or 07745 780126. We will endeavour not to enter your room during your stay. Rooms will be serviced by arrangement.

We now have tourist attraction leaflets and very informative guest information books and have good broadband facilities.

• B&B Arrival time: 4:00pm. Departure time: 10:30am.
• Lovesome Cottage and Pod arrival time: 4:00pm. Departure time:10:00am.

BEFORE DEPARTING LOVESOME HILL FARM

Bedding & Towels in the Cottage and Pod
We would be grateful if you could strip all beds, (duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases) and towels in the duvet cover provided and leave in the cottage. Any coloured laundry, i.e. bath mats, tea towels, oven gloves, etc. should be left in a pile in the cottage.

REFUSE & RECYCLING

As we will not be entering the cottage immediately please do NOT leave any food in the fridge or cottage and leave all waste & recycling in securely tied bags in the dustbins to the right of the front door. Refuse/recycling instructions can be found on a sign in the kitchen area of each cottage.

CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel bookings.  Any deposits will be reimbursed or transferred, but we will not be liable to find alternative accommodation or compensate for the holiday.
