I have just made my marmalade ready to enter 3 categories of the world’s Original Marmalade Competition at Dalmain House, Cumbria. Having watched a programme on 40 years of the Prince’s Trust, it inspired me to try making a malt whisky marmalade!! So for the first time – I have entered the Merry Marmalade category… Fingers crossed!
